      Lauren has changed the way I view fitness and nutrition as a whole. She is a great trainer and truly cares about you, your fitness goals, and also your personal life. She has been my online trainer for the past 3 months and I have learned so much. I now know what foods I CAN eat, not what foods I HAVE to eat! I have a crazy schedule and Lauren has been able to design my workouts around all of the chaos.       I have been working with Lauren for just over a year now. I am 50 years old and have tried working out before, I never stuck with it.  Lauren has been great.  Our first goal was that I would make it twice a week (at 6 am!) that was it.  No pressure beyond that. While I really want to be the kind of person who loves to work out, the reality is that I would much rather sit on the couch and read a good book or watch a good movie. 
      With Lauren’s help, I have learned that it can be a lot of work but also well worth it.  I feel better, before we started I had various issues with hips, knees, and back.  Strengthening has given me better support and relieved my body of many of those issues. I am still intimidated by the gym and not comfortable working out in large groups, Lauren has kept me moving forward and made a huge difference in my overall health.
      No matter what your level Lauren can help you reach your goals, even if it is just getting off the couch a couple of times a week!
