These brownies are deliciously moist, have just the right amount of chocolate, and are lower-calorie than your traditional brownies. They will without a doubt be the best thing you have tasted in a long time, you will hardly believe they are gluten-free.
The Ultimate Almond Flour Brownies……
1 cup Almond Flour
1 cup Coconut Sugar
1/2 cup Cacao Powder
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Note: The batter will be thick.
Spray a 9×9 in baking pan with lightly with oil.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, until the fork, comes out the middle clean.
