Everybody loves pancakes right? I mean come on, there fluffy, delicious, and you get to put syrup all over them. Pancakes are personally my favorite and they are made even better when they are healthy, lower-calorie, and give me a good dose of protein. Keep reading for my super delicious protein pancakes.
There are two versions of this recipe, the first is low carb made with almond flour and the second is made with oat flour (for those of us who don’t care about carbs).
SUPER DELICIOUS PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPE……
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 scoop Syntha 6 Edge Protein Powder (Vanilla)

1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/3 cup Oat Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. In a preheated skillet or waffle maker, spray with PAM and pour batter into three small pancakes or 1 waffle.
Top with Sugar-Free Syrup and ENJOY!
For this version just add 2tsp of ground flaxsee and fold in 1/3 cup of fresh blueberries.
