Kennedy Fit Beef and Broccoli Recipe

If you like Chinese or have ever ordered beef and broccoli you know it is smothered in a calorie rich sauce. Since none of us need those extra calories I have come up with a version that is just as tasty but so much healthier for you!!

1 – 1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak

Preheat skillet on medium heat, slice the steak into thin strips and then spray the pan with olive or coconut oil spray.

Then shake about 2 tsp of sea salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp of paprika over steak. Cover and let cook for about 3 minutes then turn steak and cook for another 3 minutes or until cooked through.

When done set steak aside on another plate and leave juices from steak in pan.

Chop 1 head or 2 cups Broccoli, 1 stalk Asparagus, 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, and 1/2 white Onion

Place all ingredients in pan and then spray Coconut Oil over top of mixture.

Cover and stir every minute or two, mixture is done when broccoli is cooked through.

Take half of veggie mix and place in a bowl and then place 4-5 oz of sirloin steak on top.

Then lightly drizzle low sodium soy sauce over the top.

Total cook time should be about 15 minutes.

This is such a tasty way to enjoy steak and get your veggies at the same time.
